The restaurant “Le Cabochon” will be present for the 15th edition of “Les Epicuriales” in Liege!
BluePoint Liege and its restaurant Le Cabochon are pleased to announce their presence at this concentration of culinary talents that are the Epicuriales.
For this 15th edition, we are very keen to participate in this beautiful celebration of gastronomy, to meet our customers and to introduce the public to the cuisine of our chef Jean-Luc Daniel.
Jean-Luc Daniel is a passionate person, and for him cooking is above all a time to share. Meticulous, concerned with a certain perfection, he works with fresh, quality, local and seasonal products. There is common sense in this chef whose 20 years of experience allow him to offer a unique culinary signature combining authenticity, generosity and creativity.
He is also the author of his own cooking show on RTBF, "Mon Plat Préféré", and has been at the head of our restaurant Le Cabochon, integrated into our BluePoint Liège business centre, for nearly two years.
We invite you to savour or (re)discover his talent during an exceptional moment: on the evening of Sunday, June 9, Jean-Luc Daniel will be in the kitchen with his friends Thomas Mordant and Hyun Frère for a prestigious six-handed dinner. Not to be missed, certainly.
