The beginning of 2020 and the consequences of Covid-19 are forever engraved in our collective memory. Despite the setbacks that society has to deal with now, BluePoint has decided not to remain stuck.
For all those who, after weeks of working at home in sometimes difficult circumstances (small children in home care, lack of space or lack of ergonomics...) want to meet again in a quiet, professional and creative environment, together with colleagues or business relations, we have developed a concept of 1.5 m meetings. This means that BluePoint has not only adapted the organization of our buildings, we have also modified the layout of the rooms according to the new guidelines and have fine-tuned the additional services which we provide. From now on, you can enjoy our own take-out catering concept during your meetings.
Safe meeting environment respecting all official guidelines
Our buildings (where we also offer office and co-working spaces next to our meeting rooms) are fully accessible again since Monday 04/05/20. The Facility Management Team has ensured a safe (working) environment. Welcome desk employees can communicate with visitors thanks to plexiglass protection. New rules for the use of the elevators and staircases have been put into place, as well as for the entrance and exit of the building. In addition, we can reassure you that the ventilation of our rooms causes no harm. We only use fresh outside air in the ventilation systems and the air is not reused. This allows us to minimize the risk of contamination via the ventilation system.
Our meeting rooms are set up according to the guidelines of social distancing and you can consult the drawings beforehand.
Additionally, rooms are equipped with hand sanitizers and clear guidelines have been established for the cleaning of the rooms before and after use. They also include audiovisual material such as click-shares and remote control for projection equipment, table microphones, etc.
The stricter cleaning measures are of course also extended to the sanitary installations of the building.
Luxury take-out with respect for nature and quality
We have transformed our catering service into a take-out concept in which we only offer individual and fully pre-packaged dishes. It goes without saying that for the preparation of these dishes we bear our responsibility towards nature and of also maintain the quality and creativity that you are used to from our catering service.
At the moment, we do advise you to use the meeting room itself to consume the meals, as you can easily keep the necessary distance of 1.5m here.
Useful tools for hybrid meetings and conferences
Since the social distancing measures force us to keep the number of participants in meetings lower than before Covid-19, we would like to draw your attention to the hybrid meeting solutions we can offer within BluePoint. You can link a physical meeting to our online meeting platform and consider broadcasting your conference speakers via a livestream. This way you will enjoy comfort and support while organizing a meeting and can be assured of reaching as many people as possible in a safe way.
